Arrivals are welcome between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.

Please note that during this time, reception may be unmanned — however, full arrival information will be available outside reception or call

07526 616866.

 

We kindly ask that you plan your journey to arrive within the stated hours, as we cannot guarantee admission for late arrivals.

 

On departure day, please vacate your pitch by 11:00 AM.

If you'd like to extend your stay — whether by a few hours or a few days — just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you!

Cancellation info

Refund Policy

No refunds for bad weather, late arrivals, or early departures.

We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.

 

We reserve the right to cancel a booking for 'Bell Tent Accomodation' if weather exceeds winds of 30mph - If we cancel then a full refund will be issued.  This only applies to Bell Tent bookings
