Arrival & Departure
Information

Arrivals are welcome between 3:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
Please note that during this time, reception may be unmanned — however, full arrival information will be available outside reception or call

07526 616866.

We kindly ask that you plan your journey to arrive within the stated hours, as we cannot guarantee admission for late arrivals.

On departure day, please vacate your pitch by 11:00 AM.
If you'd like to extend your stay — whether by a few hours or a few days — just let us know, and we'll do our best to accommodate you!

Pitches:

Our pitches are not individually marked out.
You will be allocated a space suitable for the size of your unit.

Please book a pitch that matches the size of your unit.
Booking a larger pitch does not guarantee additional space around your unit.

Electric Vehicles:

Electric Vehicle Charging:
We do not have the electrical capacity to charge electric vehicles. Please make alternative arrangements if needed.

 

Dogs:

Please keep dogs on leads at all times and collect any waste

We are unable to permit dogs on the dangerous dogs register

Essentional Information

​

  • We use a borehole for water, which means there are no showers on site currently, looking to install for the future.

  • Quiet Zone Policy:
    Camping areas are designated quiet zones between 11:00 PM and     7:00 AM.  Please respect your fellow campers.

  • Visitors:
    Visitors are not allowed in the camping fields without prior notification.

  • Campfires & BBQs:

    • Campfires are allowed only in designated  firepit areas, please ask reception.

    • Logs and kindling are available to purchase from reception, firepits available to hire.  At no point are campfires alllowed to be directly on the ground.

    • BBQs are permitted in the camping fields but must be raised off the ground to prevent damage.

  • Site Behaviour:
    Anyone damaging the site or disrupting the enjoyment of others will be asked to leave immediately, with no refund given.

  • Refund Policy:

    • No refunds for bad weather, late arrivals, or early departures.

    • We do not offer refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.
